As part of the Senior Leadership team at GOLDEN, Dana oversees the company’s Operational functions, focusing on maximizing efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Dana's direct reports include SIOP, Manufacturing/Shipping, Facilities, and the Research & Development Lab. Working with the leads in these functional areas, Dana develops long-term plans, aligns departmental goals, analyzes metrics, monitors budgets, and identifies operational bottlenecks, working to continuously improve processes, reduce costs and ensure smooth business performance.
In her spare time, Dana is likely to be found out walking her five dogs and attending sheepdog trials on the weekends.
